This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. The Bob Rathbone Computer consultancy takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will only use your information  in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties except as outlined below.
 

Use of personal information
Your personally identifiable information will be stored and processed on our computer systems for the the purpose of making an order with our credit card merchant and for recording your software activation code (should you ever lose it), or updating you in the future as necessary with functional changes or safety critical information about our products. During the ordering process we do not have access to any of your credit card information nor your creditworthiness, this being entirely and independently handled   by our payments merchant  PayPal. This is always carried out over a secure server. We are not responsible for any transactions refused by PayPal or its associated credit card companies.
 

What information is stored
Only only the following information is stored by Bob Rathbone Computer Consultancy.

a) Your e-mail address.
b) The date of the transaction.
c) The activation code we sent you.
d) Additional voluntary information you supplied such as your mobile phone make and type and if you are a pilot, your type of pilot's license.
 

E-Mail policy
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared their e-mail address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.
